ITS Profiles - Is it still the best service for IT Management Contacts?

My former company subscribed to ITS Profiles (www.itsprofiles.com) back in 2003. I am now the CMO at another company and am looking at signing up as part of my effort to rejuvenate our lead generation program. However, before I do I want to be sure that they are still the best service. Please share your experiences with me. Thank you.
